In 2011 Suncruises is offering ferry service from Manila to Mariveles via Corregidor and back. I looked for written information and found them here:

The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) in cooperation with Sun Cruises will offer regular ferry service for the Manila-Mariveles-Manila route starting 14 March 2011.
Each ticket costs P 350.00 for the first twenty (20) passengers including pre-booked passengers (those who bought their tickets 3 days from actual travel schedule). For regular walk-in passengers, tickets cost P 400.00. For those planning round trips, 2 tickets cost P700.00. The ferry (Sun Cruises) schedule is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00 AM (Manila to Mariveles) and 1:45 PM (Mariveles to Manila). Manila port is at the CCP Complex and the Mariveles Port is at the Rouvia Port.
“The AFAB has pushed for the immediate operation of the ferry service in line with our development plans and high level service offerings to our stakeholders, specially our locators,” said Chairman Administrator Deogracias Custodio.
Tickets are available at Sun Cruises Office (CCP Port Complex); Rouvia Port Compound (Mariveles) and the AFAB Administration Building Mariveles.
For more information, please call 935-4004 or email us at info@afab.gov.ph .
I located the Rouvia Ferry Port in Mariveles:
On the 10th of Oct. 2011 I rode to Mariveles to find the Manila-Mariveles-Manila via Corregidor Ferry Port, to find the place to buy tickets and spend the rest of the time to explore Mariveles. Interestingly, I found a high school that was build in part by donations from the Corregidorian 4th Marines. This album has 39 images and each image has an description;
