Attn: George Munson. In one of the latter pages of the photo gallery is a page showing a small grouping of enlisted collar disks. Regarding the unidentified cavalry disk, it is for A Troop, 1st Armored Car Squadron. Thus the A & C horizontally across the sabers. It was a preWWII component unit of the 1st Cavalry Division stationed in Texas. That particular disk style dates to the later 1930s. It has no direct connection to Corregidor unless it happened to travel there with a transferring in soldier.
