I don't know if anyone here in the states saw CBS Sunday morning but the had the ultimate World War II collectable. The Toto Museum in Tokyo has it on display, Douglas MacArthur's personal commode. Only used by the "great one", most of the command decisions of the war were thought out here... I sort of made up the last part, but they do have his commode at the Museum, I'm pretty sure its the later one from his time in Japan postwar.. Sorry no photos................ commode talk

Hey A.J....The nearest thing to this interesting item that I have ever heard of is that the former, longtime Radio Broadcaster for the Detroit Tiger baseball games, Ernie Harwell, has, in his Den, the Wall Urinal from the Visiting Team's Locker Room at now demolished Nave Field . Just think of all the "greats" who have stood before this relic, thinking of why they lost that day's game. Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams, Bob Feller etc. Personally, being a devout St Louis Cardinal Fan, I wouldn't have it on my place. How's this for useless information? Just sayin". Postscript...On the other hand, I would be honored to have Genl Mac's "john" on display at my humble abode.

This display must be some form of subtle revenge from the "wily Japs".
