Came across a website today that values websites according to the number of unique visitors and page views daily, extrapolating these figures to potential earnings per day if advertising was present on the site, and then to the value of the site. Of course, this made me somewhat depressed.

Hi Exo,
Don't take it so hard - the value is in the contents and the contributions, and of course us great members!

Not really surprising given the fact that ww2 in the PI is off the radar compared to the over popularized D day and ETO etc. A lot of it has to do with the stigma of defeat, the racial overtones of war in the Pacific in far off unfamiliar locations, and of course popular media. Sometime. somehow, everything that has been done by EXO will be recognized. Without these sites, it is frightening to think of the history and knowledge that would likely have been lost and forgotten forever.

Hey CB....Very well said. I check this site twice a day, once in the AM, and again in the PM. Wouldn't be without it. Thanx, again, to EXO.
