Thanks for the feedback, everyone.
The news about the trash is very sad; the pix make it look like someone is trying to create a "museum experience". A very delicate balancing act. I'm really pleased to have been able to see it years ago and would like to make the pilgrimage again.
Yes, I have more photos and I will be happy to share. Have to find a break from work which is keeping me much too busy. I also want to find an alternative to Flickr for photo hosting as Flickr seems to have a max size that is too small. All that said, 1974 was before digital cameras so I was carrying a film camera. Though the camera was excellent, the conditions of my travels were far from friendly to the film and the pix have suffered even before getting them scanned. I have both ground pix as well as some aerials which are in a slideshow somewhere on this immense site. Stay tuned, and it's a pleasure to be "meeting" you all.
