It seems the earlier thread has some technical problems and I can’t add a new development so here is a new one.
Basically there is no more cheap options. If you go to Cabcaben Village (SE corner of Bataan), the Boat COOP people there may charge you 4000 Peso per boat (happened to me, especially if you are a foreigner). But if you are a good negotiator they may go down to 3500 Peso per boat. This service is for a boat that holds 8 people maximum; they get you there and wait for you and get you back the same day before nightfall.
At the end of Cabcaben is Villa Carmen, they also provide the same service. In the past they were cheaper and a lot more civilized to bargain with. But they told me in 2010 they joined the Cabcaben Boat COOP and the prices are the same as the COOP. Maybe they will not try to give you the 4000 Peso offer, I think they are more fairer in their dealings with their customers. And their boats are also for 8 people only.
Further down the National road is a sign with the following phone numbers: Roni: 0916 306 3693; Toni: 0916 475 9064; “Square Enterprises: 02 833 4679. I understand this service is operating out of Corregidor and will you pick you up at Camaya Point (it is not on my map). But it is located at the coast, at the end of a road that leads to that major maritime academy along that road and a large LPG facility. The road starts approximately halfway between Cabcaben and Mariveles. I understand their price is also 3500 (that is what they quoted me) but I failed to ask how many passengers. But I’m sure it is more than 8 people. So that could be a better deal if you have a large party.
Now if you want just a single ride over and stay on Corregidor for a few days and get picked up a few days later, all bets are off. I find it difficult to deal with the local boat entrepreneurs. In the past the Villa Carmen people and the Corregidor people offered me this service for the ‘one day price’. But as of this moment I don’t know whether that still holds true.
Now if you find it difficult or disagreeable dealing with the local boat entrepreneurs there is one more option. The Yorkies Pub, Inn and Restaurant can arrange it for you. But the price will be the same because they arrange it via those services above. Here you can find their telephone number:

They are located very near the National Road to Mariveles, approximately at Death March Marker #14. In the www you can find the exact location:

The other two threads in this bulletin Board are still relative. This one is updated and shows some of the geography, Villa Carmen phone numbers and more:

This was an update but I couldn’t add this new information to it because of technical problems. Among other information it tells a story of a case of a real cheap boat but not authorized by the Coast Guard or not operating with this or other boat COOPs:
