Philippine Train Stations in WWII
San Fernando Train Station, 17th June 2017
We heard that the San Fernando Train Station in Pampanga has been restored and is being preserved as a historic landmark. The city tourist office is also located there. Historic exhibits have been created, such as a life size diorama, historic pictures and artifacts are posted or are displayed and it is free. So, I had to go and had to bait my family to go along with a promise-SM Mall after our visit! Here is an album with high resolution images. It is hard to shoot hanging images with open doors, windows and the all the lights reflecting from almost every angle; so those images are not the best! The train station is located very close to the Pampanga Provincial Capitol Building! Ask for the Train Station, not the Railway, the first term is more common!
This is the 2nd set with 18 out of 53 images have been uploaded into this Flickr album, called - San Fernando Train Station, 17th June 2017, this is the URL, they are uploaded in high resolution:

Here are 4 sample pictures but they are much smaller; in the album the pictures are uploaded in high resolution:
Z076. One of many exhibits displayed in the San Fernando Train Station which is now a historic landmark. This is a picture of VIPs using the Philippine Railway, President Aguinaldo and colleges.
Z077. One of many exhibits displayed in the San Fernando Train Station which is now a historic landmark. This is how Gen. MacArthur’s father went to war in the Philippine-American war.
Z078. One of many exhibits displayed in the San Fernando Train Station which is now a historic landmark. I think, I also see a Gatling gun behind the Naval Gun.
Z079. One of many exhibits displayed in the San Fernando Train Station which is now a historic landmark. It seems the Philippine American War was not a cake-walk. I wonder, back in the U.S. did they talk about a increase troop strength and more money?
