Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, where, how & how much.
The Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is located on Ford Island in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. It is a grant place to visit and study American Aviation. There is so much to see and I will establish separate albums. Here is the URL for the first album with 21 images:
For this Forum presentation I chose only these 8 images:
Zo873. Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, the area between Hangars 37 and 79, which is called Raytheon Pavilion and Outdoor Exhibits. An overflow of aircrafts is parked here.
Zo874. The location map of the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum from its website. An artist certainly can do a better job than I.
Zo878. A general inside overlook inside the main building, the former Hangar 37, of the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum.
Zo881. This bus, standing in front of the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, brings the visitors here from the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites Visitor Center.
Zo883. The Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is not free. I paid here, normally visitors will go to the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites Visitor Center, buy a ticket and take the shuttle bus here.
Zo887. This is the other half of the front of the folded-out Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum Visitor Guide. It is a painting of Ford Island by Dru Blair, depicting the moment of the Pearl Harbor Attack on the 7th Dec 1941. This picture is available in high resolution with this URL:
Zo888. First half of a exhibits list of historical planes or historical aviation events displayed or posted in the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. This picture is available in high resolution with this URL:
Zo892. A general inside overlook inside the second hangar, Hangar 79, of the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum.
