Glenn McDole is a WWII veteran and an Iowa native. He surrendered on Corregidor May 6, 1942 and survived the Palawan Prisoner of War Camp Massacre that killed all but 11 of the prisoners held there. This is the full uncut interview. Even though Glenn passed away in 2009 this recording helps tell the story to future generations. Thanks to Steve Foster for the link. Steve writes: "The mass grave of the Palawan Massacre is near me at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery, St Louis. My guess is it was placed in St Louis for its central USA location and good rail connections back then. "
