I think this is a Japanese aircraft as I can't find any record of a US aircraft going down on that day in the Clark area.

Bataan 2018 views During my recent visit to Corregidor 6th to the 8th of July I took some pictures and put 26 into this Photobucket album: s74.photobucket.com/user/PI-Sailor/library/Walk%20in%20the%20Philippines/No%201%20Walk%20PI%20Group/Bataan%20Other/Bataan%202018%20views?sort=9&page=1Here are 5 sample pics: Zc267. Just a few days or weeks ago Prime Square Enterprise (PSE) moved 2 of their 3 large outrigger boats to the MAAP pier area. This area is at the bottom of Bataan and the closest point of approach to Corregidor. I do not know why. But the previous roundtrip price has increased from 3500 peso to 4000. Plus I had to pay 50 peso docking fee at the CFI Admin Office. The 3rd boat was hauled ashore on Corregidor because of weather and is still there. Zc268. Crossing the North Channel between Corregidor and Bataan, it was great to see Corregidor again and I was looking forward to step ashore on my favorite island. Ocean swells were coming from the south-west, they were slow rolling ones. Zc269. A view of 3 mountains on Bataan from the north east, they are from left to right: Mt. Limay, Mt. Mariveles and Mt. Samat. My cheap camera did not pick the huge cross on Mt Samat. The far tree line behind the rice fields was the main line of defense in 1942. Zc270. Mt. Mariveles from the south-east, the 2nd ridge from the left is called Mt. Tarak where Lt Stone had his dogfight with the Japanese enemy in 1942 and both pilots crashed on the that ridge coming from west. Zc271. The power plant at Mariveles is expanded, this view is from Corregidor and only this time did I notice the 2nd stack at right is a new one. Right is Mt. Mariveles.
