If you have a business, and you're not at the top of your game, an investment in creating a Facebook Page might not be a good idea. The other day, I had cause to look at the REVIEWS contained in the Sun Cruises Page on Facebook.
Just in case their media expert spots (and deletes) them, here's a selection of their posts. The first three, well they are classics, I will reproduce them in their entirety. Wow, eh, tell us what you really think...
Perhaps this is the consequence of the monopoly which they have on Corregidor. Certainly such glowing references can't have reached the Tourism Authorities, who presumably are responsible for ensuring standards which do not bring the industry into disrepute.

Top Post: Jimmi Brevil - July 19, 2018 - Don't waste your money. The most uncaring organization that have ever done business with. Dinner was at best mediocre. I ordered a vegan meal a week in advance and got lettuce and tomatoes with a dressing made with mayonnaise. When explained that mayo isn't vegan, it was substituted with rancid oil and vinegar. My companion's chicken was bland as well. I complained about the meals on their comment card and three years later, I have yet to get a response. So unless poor or mediocre is your thing, I highly recommend stay clear of the company. I want to visit Corriegor, but until they lose their monopoly, it will remain on my bucket list of things to do.

Second Post: by Joanna Liza Mariazeta - F*ck You #Suncruises - Word of advice for those who plan to take the Corregidor Tour from #suncruises, they suck big time! They are incompetent and unprofessional. They've ruined our vacation. They've put the tourist and the cast and crew of #Probinsyano in the same charter ship and made every tourist suffer. We waited for 4 hours because some of the props are not yet loaded or they are still waiting for some VIP actors. We, tourist, got fed up and asked them to, at least, give us an estimated time of departure because we will be late for the tour, but according to them they are still waiting for the #Probinsyano crew to load their stuff so they can't say what time we will be departing. After wasting half of our day, they offered to give us a full refund. With half day already gone we can't plan anything else.

Third Post: by Tulio Camacho - The service is not good and the treatment with the passengers is deficient. We just ask reduce the volume to the music because we almost was getting deaf with the noise, the answer of the crew was always negative with ridiculous excuses. The "buffet" is not easy to get the food for the people in the second floor of the boat, specially in a rainy day. In conclusion, first and last time that I take this cruise and I do not recommend waste money there.

Post by Michael Apo - November 12, 2018 - #SCAMMER because they impulsively canceled our trip on November 12, 2018. Their reason is sea conditions but the weather forecast says that it is sunny and when I had gone to MOA today, the sea conditions are good. There are no impending storm or typhoons even strong winds. Also, there are no advisiories from Philippine Coast Guard that there is strong waves or high tide/sea danger. Their reason for cancelling is unjustifiable and total BS. I felt that they lied to me. It is disappointing because my cousin will depart tomorrow and he did not experience the feel and going to Corregidor Island. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS, LIARS AND PROFESSIONAL MONEY ROBBERS.

In my initial message I asked about a specific date, March 7, and they replied "Hi Robert, Thank you for showing interest with our services 🙂 Our apologies for any inconvenience. For March 07, 2018 (Wed) Our Corregidor daytour package is php 2,600/head." When they called me a week later that's they said something along the lines of "ay, may scheduled maintenance pala on that date" which is infuriating as they already confirmed via Facebook that they have a tour on that date.

The original price of the cruise w/ buffet is Php 750, but the price given to me and 4 other friends was Php 999 because of a "graduation promo." Supposedly, there was a price increase because it was a "special buffet." Naturally, me and my friends were excited since we were promised good food. However, we discovered that the food was cold and revolting. What's worse is that when we asked for a round 2 for our BUFFET, the waiter said the food ran out. We were shocked since there were only 7 people eating in the cruise WHICH DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. Also, I would like to report pilferage since we caught the crew members eating the food from the buffet even though the boat has not landed yet.

After a few rings, it revert back to a dial tone.This is just answering the phone...could you imagine if the service you need requires some thinking or physical activity?
