Hi, my name is Jay. I grew up in the Philippines and visited Corregidor several times in my teenage years. My brothers, cousins, and I spent many hours digging for World War II artifacts in various tunnels around the island. I am intrigued by the island’s mysteries. Sometimes I think about writing autobiographical fiction based on my experiences there.

Hi Jay, thanks for visiting the website and the proboards. I think this place is one of the best places for WWII Philippines and specifically Corregidor history lovers to gather and converse. It might be a little sleepy at times, but it's still the best, especially for information and discussion of detailed topics. I started visiting the island in 1990, and have been (healthily ?) obsessed with it ever since. Ha.

Hello! My name is Ivy and I’m a Filipino residing in central Texas. I came across this discussion group from the Facebook group. I became passionate about Bataan and Corregidor when I started doing research for my stage-play about ww2 that is loosely inspired from my late grandparents.
