I post the following by proxy: It's my sad duty to report Dad left this life 26 July 2011. Please add the following comment to your webpage: www.corregidor.org/chs_army/perkowski.htm "MAJ John Perkowski took ill while attending the 2011 American Defenders of Bataan and Corregidor Survivor's Group annual meeting. EXO, I don't know if you have any contact with the Perkowski family, but if so, and they will allow non-family at the Arlington internment, please let me know. We live in the area and humbly offer to attend as representatives of this online community.
We explored C1 with Fots back in May. Reading the Perkowski story makes me extra glad we fought through the thorns to get there.
