Steve Kwiecinsky sent the following text:
Trees down all over. Wonder what trails may be blocked. Middle Magazine now Geary Pond. Never saw that before.

I heard on the news that the Manila Bay area got hit really hard. I hope everything is ok there, as they only briefly talked about it. From what I understand they had several deaths in Manila as a result. I'm interested to see how things are on The Rock.
Regards,
Will

Steve & Marcia Kwiecinski run a blog called STEVE AND MARCIA ON THE ROCK and a full account of the result of the typhoon on Corregidor is at: steveandmarciaontherock.blogspot.com/(Note: This URL connects only to the most recent posting, so this link will take you to their "current" posting only.) Though Steve occasionally posts here, the bandwidth speed of his broadband is about one and a half ratpower, which makes posting images (and loading image filled pages) quite difficult. Of interest to our regulars and WWII veterans may be: (The 1945 tree opposite the USAFFE HQ)(Ordnance Machine Shop)(Geary Pond.) Steve provides many comments that are worth the reading, so I recommend you go visit with them. That link again is: steveandmarciaontherock.blogspot.com/
