Dear Paul,
Capt. Bill Bossert is a good friend of mine, and he'll be 90 on February 24th. He'd surely appreciate a message from you and, of course, whoever knows him. As he knows nothing about this initiative, he'd be nicely surprised too. You may contact him via his website <www.billbossert.com/contact.html>.
All the best, --Rulf

Rulf,
I have sent Bill an e-mail.
As our 503d PRCT e-mail circle has been quiet of late, I am sorry that I wasn’t aware of the fact that Bill was e-mail capable a long time back, maybe so I could have annoyed him more.
Thanks for your contact and suggestion.
Regards Paul

Many thanks, Paul.
Bill's currently very busy preparing an exhibition of his watercolors at his German* place which will be opened on the day of his birthday. If you're interested, I'll send you a note about his birthday later this month. My e-mail address is rulf@mac.com.
Best wishes, --Rulf
*Since 1987, Bill lives part of the year in Germany, and about 4 months on Cape Cod.

My dad is Oliver Eschbach. He fought on Corregidor in 1945 in the 462nd Parachute Field Artillery. I would love to get him in contact w/ someone who fought in the same battle. Cindy Eschbach
