Later this month, the 503d Parachute RCT Association of WWII are having their reunion at Ft. Benning. Unfortunately, I can't be there, so I am "sending" my BEA Vol. III along instead. Thanks are due to Todd Mayer, the Association President. The release of the book is actually a little earlier than I'd planned, but what the hay. i want to thank John Moffitt, for the use of his unique aerial images, and Tony Feredo, for facilitating the inclusion of a recon image of Btry. Hearn. I also want to thank John Metherell for his sharing of his National Archives images, without which the book would not nearly have been so rich.

I recently downloaded "Bless 'Em All- Retaking the Rock" Vol 3 and want to say that this is an extraordinary book! It is absolutely chock full of so much incredible material that I am challenged to find the proper words to describe it. Well over 400 pages long, scores of photos that I have never seen before, firsthand accounts galore and many, many action reports. No kidding, this is one of the very best WW2 books I have ever read...on any battle or on any topic. In fact, it may well be THE VERY BEST! Super job, EXO.
