For me that will require a visit to Mile Long Barracks with picture in hand.

I have not seen any such writings anywhere on the current facade.

The concrete railing is mostly missing above the writing which could help locate the site if that section of building still exists.

I agree with Phantom in that a trip is required to pinpoint that photo. Those sections of the barracks seem to all look the same. The stairs to the left will help.

I don't think the writing is still there either but there may be traces if we look closely now that we know it was once there.
