I have been working on a series of articles that won't be released for some months yet, and it does get tiresome, so from time to time I welcome an interruption. In this morning's mail, I received a request to add a page to the CMOH series. Thus today I added a new page of the Medal of Honor awardees of the 503d Lineage series. Of significance was that the recent awardee was the first trooper in both the Afghanistan and Iraq conflicts NOT to have received the CMOH posthumously - and, of course, that he is from THE ROCK regiment. As the award of the CMOH only occurs when a unit is in combat extremis, it is definitely worth a read. I noticed that some of the *.jpg graphics seemed to have deteriorated for being recopied too many times, so I took the opportunity to upgrade the other pages in the series. You might also check out the article concerning MILTON OLIVE - showing the effect over time of one man's sacrifice on those he died to save. You get access from any of the pages of the CMOH series.
