Hello, there are markers on the wreck sites. Three wooden poles for each site. Inside those triangles are the wrecks. Been there, but we were just fishing. Good area for fishing but I haven't seen the wrecks from the surface. Could've been the time of the day.

You're right there, Fots. Accounting is a demanding job, plus I get to do other tasks like driving, purchasing, etc. And when you're still on a honeymoon period, you'll always have to be with your wife always. But everyone's contributions make it up for somebody else's shortcomings and for somebody else's need of knowledge. Cheers!

@ Exo Wish I could go back in Corregidor soon. Three times was enough until I got involved here. There's more to explore in Corregidor, Bataan and the rest of the islands. Are you guys living on Corregidor? You always have a lot of stuff to share.

Great find there, Armyjunk. Where did you find those?

Thanks for the wisdom, Xray.
Could it be that pillbox picture was the rear portion(entrance)? I haven't seen one but it seems too tight for a machine gun's traverse.

I have forgotten the web address. Sometimes it's hard to juggle work and passion. Attachments:

It could have like that, Xray. I have found another picture of a pillbox in the net. It's location is between Cabcaben and Zigzag Road. The place was called "Parang" but now it's called Alas-asin. That's a large area for a search.
Still can't get off with my schedules. Right now, I am thinking where are the reasonable places these pillbox could have been. Treasure-hunting here was rampant. And any remains here from the war have a 98% chance of getting adulterated by treasure hunters and scrappers.

You're probably correct there, Fots. My first thought of Corkscrew Pass was the Zigzag Road to Mariveles. That's the most screwing road in Mariveles. The ones on the West Road are less screwing than the Zigzag Road. I'm still downloading Xray's stuff. Now, I wanna take a leave from my work, find any remains of those pillboxes and un-screw this matter.
