So far all the related pictures in regards to this monstrosity and the Tsunami warning system are not centered at one location and my research collected these URLs with some pictures about these two subjects:

As a tradition, the Corregidor Foundation Inc. (CFI), the Corregidor resident American Couple Kwiecinski, the Australian webmaster of the famous corregidor.org web pages, Paul Whitman, join up every February 16th and raise the American Flag on the old Spanish Flagpole Topside. This is memorialize the anniversary of the 1st day of Liberation for the ex Fort Mills, Corregidor Island, by the American Forces on that day in 1945. Paratroopers climbed a pole that day, nearby, under fire, and raised the US Flag. Whenever I can I join in and brought my family friend.
It has the tsunami buoy: Another new thing on Corregidor, somewhere on this bulletin board, the member fots2 has a better picture posted. That buoy is part of a new National tsunami warning system. It is located offshore, south side Bottomside.

Below here are the descriptions of 3 images and the URL:
The station near the CFI Administration Building.
Near the outer end of the South Dock (facing open ocean) is this contraption. It is a Tsunami warning device. An excessive drop in Manila Bay water level causes a signal to be sent to a receiving station located near the CFI Administration Building. A siren is activated and everyone is to immediately head for Topside.
Two more similar devices are also in view from the south side of the island. They are also for Tsunami warning but report a water level drop to Manila for the national Tsunami warning system. They were located elsewhere in Manila Bay but local fishermen were starting to disassemble them to sell the parts. Now they are anchored just offshore from Black Beach where they are in sight (and shot) of the Philippine Coast Guard.

X780 I wanted to find the Malinta Hill Tunnel South Entrance and at the first Machine gun casemate on the south road I found this. It seems to be part of a new tsunami warning system.
X330. Another new item on Corregidor, it seems not only tourists are interested in Corregidor. This is a Hydrographic Survey Mark, put here by the US Oceanographic Office in 2011. My guess, it is connected to tsunami warnings.

2014-04-14 Monstrosity, Bldg J, M-Hill, 37 images:
On the 5th and last day with Karl Schmidt and Glen Williford from the Coastal Defense Study Group we visited the old Fort Mills Power Plant and Cold Storage, new Bio-Power Plant, a water hole and Building J in the Engineering Ravine. Later I looked for the Malinta Hill south entrance and found a monstrosity. Then I visited Malinta Hill to have another look at the concrete which I place just above the Navy center tunnel entrance out of the 5 we know of.
